We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened candles in their original packaging.

Damaged Products

If your candle arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement at no extra cost.

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on candles that have been used or lit. Returns are only accepted for unused, unopened items in their original packaging.

  • What if my candle arrived damaged?

  • How long does it take to receive my refund?
